The definition of all capitalized words shown below is as given in this section:
PERSONAL DATA: means any information relating to an entity known or identifiable, to the degree that such information is covered under the Relevant Data Protection Law as personal data.
SUBJECT TO DATA: means an identified or identifiable person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, ID number, location, online ID, or by reference to one or more factors unique to that natural person’s physical, physiological, genetic, emotional, economic, cultural or social identity.
PERSONAL DATA BREACH: means any unauthorized or illegal breach of security leading to the unauthorized or unintentional destruction, loss, modification, unauthorized disclosure or connection to personal data, or fairly assumed to have led to it.
DATA CONTROLLER: means the body that defines the purposes and means of personal data processing.
DATA PROCESSOR: the entity which, on behalf of the data controller, processes personal data.
PROCESSING OR PROCESSING: means any operation or set of operations carried out on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether by automated means, such as collection, recording, arrangement, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by means of transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.
The lawful basis for processing the details
On the basis of Article 6(a) of the GDPR, we process your data, which states:
“(a) for one or more specific purposes, the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data;”
If we use personal information for a reason which requires your consent under the provisions of the law, we will always request your explicit consent and record your consent.
